Chakra Blends

‘Chakra’ is a Sanskrit word, which means ‘wheel’. Energy or point of force flows vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head and goes through the specific churning wheels or Chakras, which are focal points of cosmic energy. The best way to have our chakras balanced is through regular guided meditations and breathing techniques. Subtle Energy Chakra blends have been carefully formulated using their unique range of Ayurveda Aromatherapy essential and base oils. These blends will assist in enhancing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual equilibrium.

You may apply each blend on the related chakra clockwise to energise and balance and anticlockwise to cleanse. Alternatively you could use these exquisite blends as a body blend. Apply a thin film of oil all over the body, using the blend that appeals to your senses and emotions on that day.

Muladhara (Base) –Foundation

This chakra is connected with the procreation of life,the sacred mother and child connection, sexuality and an expansion of our personality.
