Subtle Energies is under no obligation to ship any products ordered until payment for those products has been received in full. Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Subtle Energies may accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product or an error in your order. Your contract with Subtle Energies will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Subtle Energies advises you that it has accepted your order and your receipt has been confirmed.
All Pricing on 4mum.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Prices of Subtle Energies products and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Similarly the availability of products and services may change from time to time.
All prices listed are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Customs duties and importing charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient, if such charges are applicable in the country where your order is delivered.

Returns Policy
Should any products be faulty or damaged  we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. This must be done within 30 days of dispatch of your order.

Refund:
To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact customer service on info@subtleenergies.com.au or +61 2 9634 1677 and they will provide you with our reply paid address. A full refund (excluding freight) will be made via your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back.

Exchange:
Should you wish to receive a replacement item please let us know and we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the product back.To organise a refund or to exchange your faulty or damaged product please return it, with a letter of explanation, to the following address:
