• Customers can redeem their gift cards by entering the unique code at checkout.
• Subtle Energies’ Gift cards can only be used on the Subtle Energies’ website.
• The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance remaining.
• If the gift card balance covers the order total, the order can be completed directly. If not, they will need to select an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
• Customers can use gift cards together with discount codes when making a purchase.
• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
• A gift card can be used on an order that includes the first subscription order, however it cannot be added as a payment method for ongoing subscription. The customer must add an eligible payment method to the checkout to be billed for future subscription payments.
• A gift card can’t be used to buy another gift card.
• A customer can buy a gift card for someone else.
• Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
